summer was that I gained 20 pounds.  I had lunch with my good friend Graham Richards and asked him what he does because the guy is 44 years old and has a 31″ waist.  Graham told me some rules he lives by.

I have lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks following his rules,  and here they are:

Do Not Eat:

• Sugar
• White flour (bread, pasta, bagel, tortilla)
• Fried foods
• Anything from a cow (Beef, Milk, cheese, sour cream, yogurt)
• Keep red meat intake to once/week
• Sodium nitrate (found in bacon, jerky, and hot dogs) Know carcinogen
• Aspertame (try xylitol)  and all artificial sweeteners
• MSG (monosodium glutamate)
• Trans fats (anything that says hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated)
• Alcohol (save for the cheat day)
